WEEKLY SHIPMENT CUT OFF IS AT
9:00PM EST. TIME EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT!!
ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER CUT OFF TIME WILL NOT BE PROCESSED NOR SHIPPED UNTIL THAT FOLLOWING WEEK!
Due to an increase of order volume, shipping can range from 2 business days to 15 business days NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS! Due to high volume of orders, we try to move out orders in according to how they are placed. If you do not receive your hair OR your tracking number on the 8th day feel free to email us. If you need your hair by a certain day, we advise that you order your hair 7-10 business days in advance. Our ship out days are normally Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. For example, if you place an order on Sunday before 9pm est. time then your order will ship out that current upcoming week! Shipping company is USPS. United States Postal Service. Soon Fedex and UPS will be available as one of the shipping options. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

All hair sales are final. We do not do refunds nor exchanges. Once your order is submitted, there is no refund or exchange unless it is a shipping delay on our end meaning if it has been 15 days NOT including weekends and your order has not been shipped out, a store credit refund will be automatically issued. Please make sure your address is correct before check out along with the texture and length that you would like.
No cash refunds will be given. A store credit refund will be issued. A code will be generated and emailed to you in a form of a giftcard

Please understand, all textures have been tested and weekly quality checks does take place. We are not responsible for any damaged hair once the hair is in your possession.
Also, by submitting and completing your purchase, you are authorizing that specific order/transaction. When submitting your purchase, you are confirming that you are aware of that specific transaction and you are giving consent for that transaction to be completed. If you are allowing someone other than yourself to use your credit/debit card to make a transaction, you will be sent an email providing information about that transaction.

Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp.
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
Let hair air-dry.
Style as desired.
How should I care for my extensions?
Treat your Mink Virgin bundle hair as you would your own hair!
~Shampoo and condition hair before you install it and at least once a week to avoid build up. Gently wash your extensions in one direction, not in circles. Use sulfate free products. Try to avoid those with alcohols.
~ When sewing in the hair avoid cutting/splitting the tracks, fold them over and continue to sew.
~Do not sleep on wet hair.
~Decrease thermal damage by allowing your hair to air dry. Use Thermal protectors before using heat on your hair. Limit the use of heat on your hair.
~Allow a professional stylist to chemically color and/or process the hair.
~Avoid using heavy oils, or styling products that contain alcohol and sulfates.
~Comb through hair daily with paddle brush or a wide tooth comb.
~Cover/wrap hair with satin or silk scarf before bed.
~Detangle gently before washing hair
~Avoid swimming in chlorine, if so wash your hair out as soon as possible.
